Anhydrol Forte is a roll-on antiperspirant intended to treat excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis). It can be used on the armpits, hands and feet to reduce sweating.
Anhydrol Forte roll-on contains aluminium chloride hexahydrate. This ingredient blocks sweat ducts in the skin and kills bacteria responsible for causing body odour.
You can order Anhydrol Forte online from Prescription Doctor’s online UK pharmacy. We dispatch all items via a fast and discreet delivery to ensure your privacy. If your order is approved before 3pm on weekdays, our pharmacy can dispatch your item the same day for a next-day delivery.
Anhydrol Forte prevents sweating by blocking sweat ducts beneath the skin.
The sweat ducts are small channels that carry sweat from the sweat gland to the surface of the skin, where it is evaporated.
By blocking the duct, the sweat cannot reach the surface of the skin. The sweat is reabsorbed by the body and eliminated through the urine instead.
Anhydrol Forte should start to work within a couple of minutes.
Once applied to the skin, the solution evaporates, leaving the aluminium chloride behind in the sweat ducts.
While it starts to work quickly, you may not notice an improvement right away. It may take a few days for the treatment to reach it’s peak efficacy.
Depending on how you respond to the treatment, you may need to adjust how frequently you apply Anhydrol Forte.
Before you start using Anhydrol Forte, it’s important to read the patient information leaflet enclosed with the treatment.
Ensure the area you intend to treat is clean and dry before you apply Anhydrol forte.
Make sure the cap is screwed on tightly. Gently tip the bottle to cover the roller-ball with the solution. Do not shake the bottle.
You should only use Anhydrol Forte to your hands, feet and armpits.
Apply Anhydrol Forte last thing at night before going to bed.
Leave the solution on overnight and wash it off in the morning.
Take care not to spill any Anhydrol Forte. Anhydrol Forte solution can stain clothing and furnishings.
If you forget to use Anhydrol Forte when you should, use it at the next usual time.
Do not apply more of the solution to make up for a missed application.
Using Anhydrol Forte too frequently can cause irritation.
If this occurs, reduce how often you use Anhydrol Forte.
If you accidentally get Anhydrol Forte in your eyes or mouth, rinse the area with plenty of water before seeking emergency medical attention.
All medicines carry the risk of causing side effects, though not everybody experiences them. Moreover, just because a side effect is listed, it doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed to occur.
Regardless, you should report any side effects you experience to your doctor or a pharmacist for advice.
Before you start using Anhydrol Forte, you must read the enclosed patient information leaflet. This leaflet contains instructions on how to use and store the product, as well as information about the products safety.
If you have any questions about any of the information presented in the patient information leaflet, feel free to speak to our online prescriber using the “my chats” portion of your Prescription Doctor account.
Do not use Anhydrol Forte if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed in the patient information leaflet.
If you experience an allergic reaction after using Anhydrol Forte, stop using the product and speak to your doctor or a pharmacist.
In the case of severe allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and go straight to your nearest accident and emergency department. Remember to take the packaging and any remaining medicine with you so that doctors treating you know exactly what you took.
You should always consult your doctor before using a new medical product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Anhydrol forte can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Always read the patient information leaflet enclosed with your medicine before you start using it.
