Orders placed on days we are closed (marked in red) will be processed on the next day we are open (marked in green).
According to Royal Mail, the last day for Tracked 24 items before Christmas is Monday the 19th of December. However, for Royal Mail Special deliveries, the last day for posting would be the 21st.
DPD have stated that they will not be delivering on the following dates:
- Sunday 25 December (Christmas Day)
- Monday 26 December (Boxing Day)
- Tuesday 27 December Christmas Day (Substitute Day)
- Sunday 1 January 2023 (New Year's Day)
- Monday 2 January 2023
Therefore, the last day of posting with DPD before Christmas would be Thursday the 22nd of December.
Orders placed on Friday the 23rd of December are not eligible for next-day delivery via Royal Mail or DPD.
We encourage placing orders well in advance if you require them before Christmas.
Our customer services will be available between 9am and 5pm on days we are open (marked in green).
The service will resume normally from Tuesday the 3rd of January.
