How does Gyno-Daktarin work?

Gyno-Daktarin contains an antifungal called miconazole nitrate. This ingredient prevents the fungal cells from producing ergosterol, which the cells need to survive.

Without this chemical, the membranes of the fungal cells become weakened and the contents of the cell spills out. This kills the fungus and treats the infection.

How do I use Gyno-Daktarin?

Gyno-Daktarin is available as a topical cream which is applied to the vagina and/or vulva (the opening to the vagina).

You can use Gyno-Daktarin while you are having your period.

To use Gyno-daktarin cream:

1. Wash your hands before using the cream.
