Next day delivery

We don’t want to keep you waiting. With our next-day delivery service, if your order is approved by 3 PM on a weekday, you should receive your parcel within 24 hours.

Easter Opening Times

During easter, our operating times will change. Good Friday and Easter Monday - Closed. If you need your treatment for *Saturday, choose the Special Next-Day Delivery service on Thursday.

Discreet packaging

Prescription Doctor understands your need for privacy. Your prescription will be packaged in a tamper-proof, plain white box and then sealed in a grey delivery bag.

Track your delivery

Know where your parcel is before it arrives. Once your order is dispensed from our UK registered pharmacy, you will receive a unique tracking number. You will then be able to track your delivery straight from our pharmacy to your door.

The following countries are normally guaranteed next-day delivery for orders approved before 3 PM; England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Receiving your parcel

On the day of delivery, there must be an adult aged 18 or over at home to sign for your package.

The courier will offer you alternative options if you think you may not be available to receive the package on the day.
